Self Paced Meditations
The Self-Paced Meditations are guided experiences designed to take you deeper into yourself and to integrate all aspects of that self into the whole. They are meant to broaden your understanding of how you relate to those around you and the the world in which we all live. The meditations can be experienced many times and are accessible in any order. Each time you do a meditation, it will offer new insights and invite a greater understanding of who and what you are in this moment.
The Experiences within this site are an opportunity to open the mind to a new and expanded perspective. The Self-Paced Meditations offered here are an invitation to go deeper through innovative and insight-provoking guided exercise.
